Two of my greatest interests in life are business and music, so I feel fortunate to have built a highly successful career at the heart of my passion: the music business. Mixing business and pleasure is reputedly a landmine operation. In my case, however, I’m proud to admit that going to work has held nothing but pleasure.
For over thirty-five years I have been growing my own business and helping others grow theirs. I have learned that doing some basic things can make a huge difference in your success. But you need to do them in the right order: do the right first things first.
In the best of times, running your own business is a challenge. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed because there is simply so much to do.
